Womack Votes to Provide Small Businesses, Farmers Tax Relief

Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) today released the following statement in response to the passage of America’s Small Business Tax Relief Act of 2015 (H.R. 636), which creates stability for small business owners, farmers, and ranchers by making permanent increased Section 179 small business expensing: “I applaud the passage of H.R. 636 and the steps the House continues to take to support job creation. Arkansas farmers and small business owners need to have faith in a stable tax code so they can focus on growing and investing in their businesses, instead of changing goalposts.”
