Womack Accepting Summer 2019 Internship Applications

Rep. Womack seeking summer interns for his Washington, Rogers, Fort Smith, and Harrison Offices

Rogers, AR – January 31, 2019….Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) is seeking hard-working college students and recent graduates to serve as interns in his Washington, D.C. office, as well as his district offices in Rogers, Fort Smith, and Harrison, for the following sessions:

Summer Session I:

May 2019 - June 2019

Summer Session II:

July 2019 - August 2019


A congressional internship is a rewarding experience that allows one to learn the inner workings of the United States Congress and issues affecting Arkansans.  Interns in the Washington, D.C. and district offices will work closely with Congressman Womack’s staff and constituents. Those interested in political science, government, public policy, business, and social work are encouraged to apply.

College students and recent graduates who are interested in interning in the Washington, D.C. office should submit a completed application by Friday, March 8, 2019, to:
