On Tuesday, April 28, 2015, Representatives Rick Crawford (R-AR-1), French Hill (R-AR-2), Steve Womack (R-AR-3), and Bruce Westerman (R-AR-4) paid tribute to former U.S. Representative John Paul Hammerschmidt (R-AR-3; 1967-1993) and observed a moment of silence in his honor on the House Floor.
