Tommy Ratzlaff Avenue Dedication Ceremony

Green Forest native and SEAL Special Warfare Operator Senior Chief Thomas Ratzlaff, 34, was killed Aug. 6, 2011, when the helicopter he was riding in crashed in Afghanistan. In his memory, the Green Forest council approved an ordinance officially renaming Phillips Street to “Tommy Ratzlaff Avenue." The dedication ceremony is scheduled on the second anniversary of his death.
