Congressman Steve Womack (AR-3) released the following statement today after the House passed the “Path to Prosperity” Fiscal Year 2014 budget:

“Families across the Third District of Arkansas and all over the country balance their budgets, and Congress owes it to these hardworking Americans to do the same.  Washington's spending is out of control, and the House Budget is an important step to get ourselves back in check.  It not only balances in ten years, but also fosters a healthier economy and creates jobs, and I'm proud to support it.”
